Yes. Our jewellery features diamonds certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Every purchase includes a certificate of authenticity that verifies the quality and grading of the diamonds.

Absolutely. All our materials are responsibly sourced. Our diamonds, coloured gemstones, and gold are conflict-free, and we collaborate only with partners who uphold strong ethical and sustainability standards

Yes. All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, meeting the standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards. Diamond jewellery comes with an IGI certificate that confirms the quality and grading of the diamonds. Each piece also includes a Meroh Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the craftsmanship and materials used

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We ship all across India through Sequel Logistics, a trusted partner for secure and insured jewellery delivery. For international delivery locations, please contact us directly to check availability and arrange shipping.

Yes. All orders are shipped through Sequel Logistics, our trusted partner for secure and insured jewellery transportation. Every shipment is covered by insurance, and OTP verification is mandatory—your package will only be handed over after successful verification.

Each piece is manufactured on order, so please allow 20–25 days for dispatch. Real-time tracking updates will be shared via WhatsApp/Email once your order is shipped.

Order Changes, Returns & Repairs

Yes, but only within 48 hours of placing your order. During this period, you may request a cancellation, address update, or make any other modifications to your order. Refunds for cancellations will be processed to your original payment method. After 48 hours, all sales are final, and we will be unable to accommodate any changes. Cancellations must be made through the website only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of:
● A wrong product was delivered, or
● Damage during transit
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear pictures, a detailed description of the issue, and your order number. Once the issue is inspected and verified, a refund or replacement will be processed. You will be required to return the product, for which we will share detailed return shipping instructions. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

We offer resizing services for rings and bangles on a case-by-case basis, and repair services for all Meroh jewellery—both available at an additional charge. For any other information regarding pricing or pickup arrangements, please contact our support team.

Jewellery Care

To maintain the brilliance and longevity of your Meroh Jewellery, please follow these care tips:

1. Handling & Storage
● Store each piece in its original Meroh box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
● Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and moisture.

2. Wearing Tips
● Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household chemicals.
● Put on your jewellery last when getting ready, and remove it before sleeping, bathing, or exercising.

3. Cleaning Instructions
● Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue.
● For deeper cleaning, you can send your jewellery to us—professional care is available at an additional charge. For detailed instructions, please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide.

Payments & Security

We accept full payment upfront via Razorpay only. Installment or partial payment options are not available.

Yes. All payments on our website are processed through Razorpay, a trusted and secure payment gateway. Your financial data is encrypted and protected with industry-standard security measures.

Yes. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order and payment confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

No. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
