18k gold is sculpted into a twisting trumpet— set with brilliant full-cut diamonds, and crowned by a peg-set lapis bead. Gold rings encrusted with diamonds and emeralds are placed on each end of the horn motif, circling the bead, completing this ring from Meroh. CAD and CAM played a significant role in the design process, however, these pieces represent the culmination and confluence of handcrafted techniques, which extend to the filing, setting, and finishing — reflecting the hours of deliberation and care infused into each one.
