All prices listed on the Website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) for products sold within India. Orders shipped within India must be paid for in INR. Prices for domestic products are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We make every effort to ensure that all product details and pricing on our Website are accurate. However, occasional typographical or system errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing inaccuracies, and we do not honor incorrect prices.
All payments for orders delivered within India must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). The prices listed are the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and include all applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway, Razorpay.
If you choose to use an international credit card for a domestic purchase, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before processing. Please note that your card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees as per their policy.

As per Indian Government mandate, for orders above ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs), Indian citizens need to provide a PAN card.

SECTION 4 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order you place with us, at our discretion. This may include limiting or cancelling quantities purchased per individual, household, or order. These limitations may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.
If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will make an effort to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase. We also reserve the right to restrict or refuse orders that, in our judgment, seem to be placed by resellers, distributors, or dealers.
By shopping with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and payment information. You also agree to keep your account details, including email address, billing details, and credit card information, up to date so we can successfully process your orders and reach you when necessary.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Mèroh, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Standard orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks from the date of order. For custom-made pieces, please allow 6–7 weeks for delivery.
Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be subject to delays due to external factors such as high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
To ensure a smooth delivery, it’s important that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. If you need to update your shipping address, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our team.
We partner with Sequel Logistics for safe and secure delivery of all orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to bring you beautifully crafted products with care.
SECTION 7 – RETURN & REFUND
We offer a 24-hour return window only if the product is damaged either in transport, manufacturing defect or if you have received wrong item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, in saleable condition, and have the original tag intact.
For any other concerns or return requests outside of these conditions, additional charges may apply. Such cases will be reviewed and clarified on a case-by-case basis by the Mèroh team. Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 8 – FORCE MAJEURE
Mèroh shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, labour strikes, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, power outages, or failures in telecommunications or internet services.
In the event of such circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend, delay, or cancel the affected orders or services, in whole or in part, without any liability or obligation to compensate for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to resume operations and fulfil obligations as soon as it becomes feasible.
