Q9. Is my package insured during shipping?
Yes. All orders are shipped through Sequel Logistics, our trusted partner for secure and
insured jewellery transportation. Every shipment is covered by insurance, and OTP
verification is mandatory—your package will only be handed over after successful
verification.
Q10. How long will delivery take?
Each piece is manufactured on order, so please allow 20–25 days for dispatch. Real-time tracking updates will be shared via WhatsApp/Email once your order is shipped.
Order Changes, Returns & Repairs
Q11. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, but only within 48 hours of placing your order. During this period, you may request a
cancellation, address update, or make any other modifications to your order. Refunds for
cancellations will be processed to your original payment method. After 48 hours, all sales are
final, and we will be unable to accommodate any changes. Cancellations must be made
through the website only.
Q12. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of:

● Damage during transit
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear pictures,
a detailed description of the issue, and your order number. Once the issue is inspected and
verified, a refund or replacement will be processed. You will be required to return the
product, for which we will share detailed return shipping instructions. Refunds, if approved,
will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

We offer resizing services for rings and bangles on a case-by-case basis, and repair
services for all Meroh jewellery—both available at an additional charge. For any other
